How soon will my order ship?
Most orders placedy by 2:00 PM Eastern time are shipped the same day. You will receive an email notification that your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email notification, check your junk/spam folder.
Natren, Generation Plus, and Native Remedy orders are shipped directly from them and are usually shipped within 24 hours. (However, Natren does not ship Thursdays and Fridays due to refrigerated shipping).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks, money orders, and cashier's checks.
To order by mail or fax, simply go through the online process until you reach the payment page. You will be prompted to print the page as your order form to use while mailing or faxing.
What is your return policy?
You may return non-consumable items for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact us in advance to get a return authorization number. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Consumable items are non-returnable unless otherwise stated (Oxy-Powder has a 60 day money back guarantee and Neprinol has a 30 day money back gaurantee). Unopened consumables in excellent condition are refundable within 30 days of the shipment date.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Do you charge state sales tax?
We are located in Utah, therefore charge Utah state sales tax to orders delivered to Utah addresses.
Who is Jenine Cohoon?
Jenine is a nutritional consultant completing her PhD in holistic nutrition. She is not a medical doctor and cannot treat or diagnose illness or disease, but rather offers nutritional solutions and guidelines and offers natural remedies to support the body in rejuvenation and renewal.
Jenine has a bachelor's degree in both psychology and holistic nutrition. Her master's degree is also in holistic nutrition, and she is compeleting a dissertation for her PhD in holistic nutrition.
I am not receiving the newsletter I signed up for.

I ordered Natren on Wednesay and didn't get it until the following Wednesday, why is that?
Natren orders are shipped refrigerated by 2 day air via Federal Express. Due to the nature of refrigerated shipping, Natren does not ship Thursdays and Fridays. For same week delivery, place your order by Wednesay 10:00 am Pacific Time. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following Monday.
